Novotel Birmingham Centre

Location of hotel was ideal. Room size was good.

The bath was small, prefer something bigger. The toilet was a little cramp too

Totally recommend for a getaway

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to major attractions including a quick 20-minute walk to the train station.

Nothing to complain about at all.

This accommodation had a central setting close to Symphony Hall. The hotel offered good cereals and fruit to start the morning with.

The rooms - compact, new-fashioned with separate toilet and fans and black out curtains. Marvellous and lovely location, just walking distance from everywhere. Very close to the bars and restaurants on the canal as well as all the nightlife which continued until about 5 am.

Employees were nice and fast!

Overall had incredible stay for a good night out in Birmingham. I had exceptionally clean room with separate toilet, an invalid accessible bathroom, as for instance. Tasty breakfast was reasonably priced at worst under cooked, truly enjoyed it. The marvellous and fab location was metres from National Indoor Arena. And the area was fairly nice, near to all the restaurants and bars, Birmingham-the Chinese Quarter, and the Novotel Birmingham centre.

Amazing, magnificent location in Birmingham, really close to Broad Street, the re-developed canal area and both the city centre & arena.

Great bar staff but the room was dirty and needed maintenance.

I enjoyed the breakfast selection, and the staff were always polite . The location was good for accessing shops and restaurants along the canal.

I had an issue with the room setup as the lighting was not bright enough. The separate toilet space felt cramped, and it lacked adequate ventilation.

Everything went very well and breakfast was excellent. They have parking and we found that very comfortable as well. It is next to the zone of the canals and every afternoon we could go for a walk and have dinner in one of its restaurants. Highly recommended.
